On this page you should find notes to elucidate the pathogenic functions of the bioaerosol exposures known as "chemtrails".

In addition, as a learning activity, the reader is invited to find technical errors in this page and to correct them as needed. Anonymous improvements are welcome and appreciated, so are contributions from authors on OpenWetWare. To find open questions, see the "TODO" at the end of each list(s) of sections.

Related diseases names

  • Sick Building Syndrome (SBS)
  • Gulf War Syndrome (GWS)
  • Irak War Syndrome (IWS)
  • Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS)
  • Fybriomyalgia
  • TODO: Determine if theses diseases are related somehow with chronic exposure to unidentified bioaerosol reagents.

Candidates (gram-negative) bacterial organisms

  • Pseudomonas aeruginosa, pseudomonas putida
  • Serratia marcescens
    • Summary
    • Bacterial pathogenecity
    • NAT-like agonists gene/protein synthases using homo sapiens DNA ? see: [2.3.1.5, 2.3.1.87]
    • N-acyl homoserine lactone synthase in Serratia .sp (ATCC 39006 strain)
    • Catalase positive: Yes. (Serratia produces an enzyme to protect cell membranes from hydrogen peroxide hydrolysis.)
    • TODO: Investigate how Serratia .sp ATCC 39006 may metabolize (transport) sulfur-based molecules such as DMSO in enzymatic catalysis reactions involving an acyl compounds (XXX is this a nucleophile?), and for predicting site-directed mutagenesis using a synthetic-like quorum sensing mecanism. [PUBMED]
    • Keywords: Cysteine (Cys), DMSO, Quorum sensing, Prodigiosin (ligase), gene replication and regulation (chemotherapy style)

Candidates recombinant virus/vaccines

  • x(vaccinia) virus/vaccine.. (disease: eczema herpeticum)
  • nano-particle size virus infecting bacterias to survive – may produces 'bacteriophages'
  • DNA-transfection system for the generation of infectious influenza virus: Patent application number: 20080233560 (http://www.faqs.org/patents/app/20080233560)
  • TODO: Complete this list !

Quorum sensing and synthetic pathogen exposure evidences

  • TODO: this section needs further work.

mycoplasma/fungal infection (biofilm)

Damages host tissue: pseudomonas aeruginosa -> produces bacteriophages (pseudomonas aeruginosa exotoxin A) “Exotoxin A: interferes with host cell protein synthesis by catalyzing the ADP-ribosylation of host cell elongation factor 2 (EF-2), necessary in order for tRNA to insert new amino acids into the growing protein chain; is also immunosuppressive.” (link: http://faculty.ccbcmd.edu/courses/bio141/lecguide/unit2/bacpath/abtox.html)

agrobacterium-like (rhizobium radiobacter) micobacterium infection -> enables mtDNA transduction (see mitochondrial plasmid) environmental factors (Temperature, Humidity, etc) “activates” enzymatic based pathogenesis. (synthesis of proteins with foreign genetic material)

Dormant state (temperate phage part of lysogenic cycle) : TODO: determine role of lysine

Host immune system subversion -> periodic inflammation/dormant cycles

Notes :

1. QUORUM SENSING: HPV-like retroactive inflammatory response of skin lesions, infections sites (Immunogenic response from hydrosol exposure?)

2. Patient is an occasional/light smoker in good health and no medical history.

3. mitochondrial plasmid transduction (mtDNA): The virus gene infects the bacteria/biofilms and starts producing endotoxins and exotoxins (pseudomonas) by feeding on glucose and IRON.... (=> XXX role of glucose and lipids ?) (synthetic micoinsecticide)

4. SYNTHESIS OF RNA POLYMERASE ENZYMES: The “organism” may produces its own RNA (ribonucleic acid) sequence, catalyzed by restriction enzymes (restriction endonucleases produced from the genetically modified pseudomonas strain), biofilms, ecoli, superbug like (ie: genetically modified e.coli)

5. (bioaerosol agent => pseudomonas aeruginosa => enzymes-based activation of the immune system) (respiratory tract, biofilms, staph)

6. Periodic disregulation of immune system produces INFLAMMATION of infection sites. 7. When fed with glucose, the immune system goes awry.

8. Ascorbic acid may regulate the inflammation by lowering the body PH. 9. the organism may prefers a neutral PH aerobic environment
