CNHY Multiplex

run this gel slow and long to hopefully be able to distinguish approximate allele range for each marker (using pooled DNA of CNHY)

270 mL 1x TAE + 5.4 g agarose	2 µL gel load dye + 4 µL PCR product	120 V
27 µL GelRed	6 µL ladder	1.25 hour

good banding; I'm assuming smearier bands have greater allelic range (as opposed to mispriming, as corroborated with corresponding gradient PCR)
Allelic range, by marker:

-- Acos3: 200 bp

-- Acos5: 160 bp

-- Ai5013: 220 bp

-- Ai5033: 260 bp

-- Ai5035: 200-280 bp

-- Ai5037: 150-300 bp

-- Ai5043: 300-350 bp

-- Ai5057: 240 bp

-- Ai5062: 180-300 bp

-- Ai5071: 275 bp
