Objective Begin expression of mutated GFP (D1C) in BL21(DE3) E.coli. Description 25μL of 100mg/mL ampicillin was added to 25mL of LB (four of these). One colony from yesterday's transformation was added to each of these flasks. The flasks were incubated overnight at 37°C at 250rpm.
