Observations Aspartic Acid: pH 8.5 and 7 have pink precipitate, 4.7 is slightly darker, 5.2 darkest. only pH 8.3 gave us stable NP; solution is clear and red Discussion pink indicates less aggregation Objectives make table of pH values, charged groups, and total charge make Arg - Au solutions pH 4, 10 , 12, 14 with and without buffer
