SDS-PAGE The SDS-PAGE buffer was first prepared according to the procedure posted on September 12th. Next, the electrophoresis cell was assembled according to the posted manual. The samples were then prepared and loaded according to the following table: The reaction was then run for approximately thirty minutes at 200V, 0.05A and 10W. The stain was then developed by placing the gel in a fixative solution for ~30 minutes, followed by a stain solution for an hour and lastly, a destain solution for fifteen minutes. The gel was then placed in a freshly-made destain solution twice more, to finally yield the gel. Resuts
