Spermatogenesis

  • Change 2% NGS buffer and add 1:20 anti-armadillo
  • Incubate 2 hours 15 minutes @ RT.
  • Wash 3 x 15' at RT
  • Incubate with secondary antibody (Goat anti-mouse 488) @ 4C O/N.
