Spermatogenesis

  • [GFP-myb, RFP-H2Au]
    • Incubate 3 sets of 10 w/ 1:25, 1:50, and 1:100 dilution of a-Cyclin B (Mouse Antibody) respectively O/N.
    • Wash, stain with secondary, and wash again tomorrow.
