AIM- HOW DO OUR COMPONENTS CONNECT?:

  • LUKE: Sep Entity take sequence and blast it.
    • get visualization working with J2EE
  • ZABEEN: FLEX- Play around. How to use it, do anything- sequence viewer: Sample parts- GUI. Basic annotation viewer.
  • AURORA: DAZZLE- how can it connect to the database? what can we do to it? role of jsp.
  • NURI: JSPs.Connection - we talk Geraint.

Other

Zabeen: I updated the toy database schema [1]. Huntley has granted us some webspace for our database on codon. Tables have been created and populated with data [2].
