Alpha diversity Calculated alpha diversity for GOS (and other) samples using PFAM counts This command generates the output files: ./col_alphadiversity.R camera_proteins_vs_pfam.txt alpha_diversity The output files are labeled "alpha_diversity_" followed by the name of the diversity measurement. Each diversity metric is output in two files: "by_sample" just lists the alpha measurements for each sample "hist.pdf" is a pdf of the histogram of the measurements Also, there is a "_plot.pdf" that shows a simple x,y plot of the two alpha measurements.
