Objective

Filter product obtained on10/26

Protocol

  • The Praseodymium solution was filtered using a scintered glass filter and vacuum.
  • The filtrate was left covered at ambient temperatures in the fume hood.

IR of Cerium Product

  • FTIR was performed on the cerium product and the reagents used to produce it.

Results

  • 1.8928g of pale green solid was obtained after filtration.
  • The filtrate was faintly green and clear.
