Transformation results Whatever was spread as X-gal seems to have been toxic Labels were not distinguishable- so don't know which of the TOPO/pER21 cluster is which TOPO cloning much better this time Hundreds on each plate Chem pir-116 are competent it seems pER21 retransformed and grew 2ul pUC19 control from Invitrogen gave hundreds of colonies Ligations w/ pER21 and flanks gave a few colonies each (<15)- 3 picked from each plate into liquid culture
