Pick up poster. ✓ Cell culture: split KAH126, 132, and Flp-in T-REx lines in U2OS plain medium (1:10 or 1:5 based on confluency); 1x 75 cm2 flask and 1x 10 cm dish each ✓ Cell culture: 2x 10 cm plates (and 1x 75 cm2 back-up) U2OS plain for high conc. protein prep ✓ Pc-ATF neg ctrl's: Expand 24-well cultures in 6-well plates (Flp-in T-Rex + puro maint. medium)
