11/30/09 ✓ Split cells: HEK293 (1x 1:10 flask; 2x 24-well plates) Transfection plates > #4 Luc HEK293 cells > 2x 24-well plates, 1x105 cells/well --> Dilute 5 mL of 10 mL (~90% confluent) suspension in 50 mL total medium --> Use phenol red-, a.b.- medium > Make 1:10 back-up stock in regular medium
