Objectives Plasmid extraction from yesterday cultures Restriction of Purified PCR. See in a gel extraction. Plasmid extraction Performed with LB-liquid mediums from yesterday. I used Miguel´s Lab miniprep. Final dilution in 50μL Restriction In order to standardize pBBRmc-S5 I will cut PCR Purification with SacI & ApaI.
