Objective Today's objectives include: Start 60% columns Continue UV Vis on 40% bentonite bead Protocol We were down a lab partner today (Loukas), so we only had times for someone to perform UV Vis analysis of the beads (me) and for the other (Mike) monitor the columns for the beads. Testing the 60% and 40% sln bentonite beads The 40% and 60% bentonite beads were tested using the same method as that from before.
