did gel purification, but extremely low numbers (less than 10) leads me to believe it didnt work.

Ligation 3:1 by volume, plates (3) are in the 37 - take out by 11am Thanksgiving.

The last time this step was attempted, it failed as well - we might have a problem with the gel purification step (maybe needs to be debugged, or new reagents).
