Objective

Today's objective is to establish an accurate protocol for next lab sessions. Moreover, we are going to prepare a denaturized BSA solution which will be use later as a control.

Protocol

• BSA denaturized solution:

1. We used a clean tube (with ethanol)
2. Add 1mL of BSA + 9mL of water
3. 2 hours in the oven at 80°C
