Notes for talk with SophieThe Delattre/Janoueix collaboration seems to be evolving, in that no one seems to know much what to do with the mass of microarray data. Refer to the meeting we had at Curie when F. Bourdeault was around also. Roles of MYCN and PHOX2B and ALK.. others - further along networks? clustering? What has already been done? CCN vs NB vs Ewing gene expn changes. Sophie meanwhile is performing tests of transfection using FuGene HD (low efficacy, 5%) and a GFP expression vector, will try Amaxa electroporator on demonstration. Will stay in lab until end of February, not going to try for concours.
