Extruding new vesicles

First priority is DMTAP, then DMPG, then DMPC if I have time
All three are now in the fridge. Not as much DMTAP as the others, so I will have to be careful with how much I use of it. For instance, when I test it in the DLS, I need to use not very much at all.
Thinking about that, when it is in the DLS, I use a 2% of 2mM solution (by volume). The amount I use is 40 uL. (Each run) So I think I should make only a total of 100 uL of the 2% solution. That would be 2 uL of the 2mM to 98 uL of water.
