DMTAP Made up a DMTAP (1,2dimyristoyl-3-trimethyl ammonium propane) stock solution 4.66 mg/mL Made up a DMTAP for vesicles solution with the following parameters 30% DMTAP, 69.9% PC, 0.1 % TR (5 g of total lipids) 267.5 μL DMTAP (4.66 mg/mL) 187 μL PC (20 mg/mL) 19.5 μL TR (0.5 mg/mL) Also my poly lysine got here. I stuck it in the freezer (it is not in solution right now, but in powder form)
