Summary

As a biophysicist and Lab manager, I have acquired along my academic career the expertise to understand and create methodologies for approaching a wide range of biological problems. My research interests include the development of liposomal systems as carriers to active agents, the regulation of physical properties of bacterial membranes to study the mechanisms of antibiotics resistance, and more recently, bacteria biofilm formation and their response to external stimuli.
