Electrophoresis
Description
Above is picture of a gel. The first column has the ladder. The third was loaded with out BSA stock solution and the fifth, seventh, and ninth were loaded with our amino acid stock solution, an amino acid AuNP solution, and a BSA AuNP stock solution. As can be seen above, only the BSA stock solution had a visible stain. The amino acid solution did not work and the gold nanoparticle solutions did not work either.
