Remains of the Day

  • Cutting up potatoes to put in magenta jars for TBG trial
  • Extracting first batch of growth room tomato rhizospheres
  • Specing Root DNA and adjusting to 30 ng/uL for insertion into 96 well plate (didn't get around to doing this today)
  • Wrote Feb 14,2013 on rhizosphere DNA extractions. These are from rep 2 of the TVD organic amendmant/genotype experiment.
