Remains of the Day

  • Inoculated LGI media filled plates (200 ul per well) with potato endophytes from plate 3
  • Finished Interviewing intern candidates
  • Ran gel of last night's PCR and expecting 350 bp NifH fragment from it (paper on next page suggests I should've used 57 degrees)(Joseph will have to repeat DNA extractions which failed 4th time now):
