Remains of the Day All the tomato DNA has been extracted, so now I'm gonna spec the roughly 120 samples and do PCRs later today Actually just had time to spec. - left 90 samples from the organic amendmant trial for Jon to do TRFLP on tommorow while I go watch the talks at the Plant Biotech conference in Guelph tommorow Got interns to volunteer extract MBA 5/02/12 strawberry rhizosphere and root DNA samples for me tommorow George got me to volunteer test the microbiology of TBG seed treated corn - will germinate 10 of the treated seeds on that soil - grow to the two week stage and photograph/weigh/extract DNA and do TRFLP. Are there any detectable differences between microbiology of these treated seedlings?
