Remains of the Day Redid PCR of 16S for strawberry soil TRFLP. This time, used 63F/1389R with 10 pmol of each primer and 0.5 ul of yesterday's PCR product as template (27F/1492Rh) - otherwise, all conditions were A&L protocol. Did 50 degree annealing, 25 cycles (so a combined total of 60 cycles). About to precipitate for tommorow extraction.
