Remains of the Day John not here again today, so I'll wait to do RNA until tommmorow Hopefully Brazil PCRs worked, will do ethanol overnight precipitation. Also doing 16S PCR on two sets of samples from Santa Maria soils (diluted 10x) to compare ethanol precipitation to direct PCR product restriction (15 ul of PCR product precipiatated vs 2 directly in the buffer) IBR fractions came in, so I'll do treatments of tomato and potatoes now Work more on grant
