The Daily Grind Redoing ACC deaminase assay. Testing Arabad::GFP, Arabad::ACC (#9), and Lac::ACC. Testing washed cells in 3 tubes (200 ul aliquots with OD=0.9) with 2 mL of N free M9 with 10 ul IPTG, 10 ul of 10% aRABINOSE, 10 ul of 1M Glucose and 100 ul of 0.5 M ACC. Started them at 9 pm and growing them over the weekend (72 hours) at 37 degrees with 200 rpm shaking.
