- Project meetings
- Made more BG11 liquid media w/ thiosulfate.
- Made 500x Thiosulfate+Na stock solution.
- 500x is quite high.
Afternoon
- Experiments. Notebook entry for the experiments IGEM:Harvard/2006/Cyanobacteria/Notebook/2006-6-26 here.
- PCC7942 plate culture dried out.
- What went wrong?
- Created new liquid colonies, as listed on the experiments page.
- Drafted email for Professor Golden.
