Made 5% Agarose 5 ml LB to .250 g low melt agarose heat for more than 20 min (40?) because of irregular density issues on Wednesday Grow cells Grow up a few colonies in 4 ml LB with Amp (2:30) take some cells (4 cols) directly off the plate, put in 500 ul DI water, for use in the meantime
