Research interests
My research interest is located at the intersection between biology, physics, and engineering which encompasses the fields of biophysics and biological engineering. Applying tools from these areas, I am developing a new architecture for a NOT gate base on the CRISPR interference system (CRISPRi). The main goal of the research is to evaluate the effect of multiple independent binding sites for dCas9 in the response function of the NOT gate.
