Bradford Analysis: Bradford assay is one of the ways to calculate the concentration of protein. One of the proteins that we have been using so far in this lab is BSA. A 50mL stock solution of BSA 5mg/5mLsolution is prepared. The actual solution concentration is calculated. Actual solution concentration = 1014.8ug/ml Next, 6 standard solutions between 1ug/ml and 20ug/ml of BSA is made.
