• Lanes 5-8: from tubes A, C, D, E (pBS+insert XhoI digestion)
• Lanes 9-17: from tubes 1, 2, 13, 14, 16, 17, 21, 23, 24 (pBS+insert XhoI+EcoRI digestion)

Looks like we got some promising results.
