Why do RSS readers read barely understandable code that an end user doesn't care about? All I want to know is if a damn page is updated or not and if it does change, then I don't want the reader to show the the freaking code that was changed on the page.

Found the solution

This works! It even works for non RSS/Atom feeds and is similar to Apple's webpage monitoring in their widgets. It's called Update Scanner and is a Firefox add on. It successfully tells me when a page is update and highlights the differences. This means I can have it link to everyone's notebooks and when something changes in your section of "Recent Changes", it will notify me.

Finally someone that is intelligent made an intelligent program. Not to say the RSS/Atom people are not intelligent because they are, they just make stupid programs.
