What I did today

  • Converted total Rna for zap1 flask 3 into cDNA

Protocol for Microarray Chip Data Analysis

  1. Open excel, and import results of microarray chip
  2. Copy and paste Name, ID, and log ratio 635/532 columns into new excel spreadsheet
  3. Rename data with strain_time_flask
  4. Make sure all rows and columns are aligned
  5. Separate different time points on different worksheets
