What I did today

  • Went through strains that we had and sorted out the ones we dont need. Made 30/15°C plates for TF of interest.
  • Edited and ordered pictures of growth experiments.
  • Ran cold shock experiment on strain of interest F4 and F5.
  • Took pictures of growth experiments that are currently running.
