RNA Extraction and purification : RS2333 Dauers

  • Two dauers samples were obtained from liquid culture on 25 June 2010. Lysed in Trizol and stored at -80°C
  • Finished the extraction and purification using phenol-chloroform-isoamyl alcohol precipitation.
  • Quantification data from nanodrop:


  • Mix stage RNA from 05 April 2010 was used as reference RNA :
