Modelling for the iGEM 2010

  • Tomorrow we have our first class of how use simbiology, this week I was learning Matlab with the books that I uploaded in the dropbox.
  • I found Kcat of the luciferase in the BRENDA DB.[1]
  • For the LRE, is reported that is similar to the gluconolactonase.[2]
  • It appears that is better use the short equations.
