I work in the Group of Bioinformatics and Modeling at the Institut Pasteur de Tunis. I learned about OpenWetWare from a colleague, and I've joined because I wanted our group to benefit from a certain visibility in the bioinformatics community.
Education
- 2001, PhD in Bioinformatics, Université de Provence
- 1997, MS in Applied Mathematics, Université de Provence
- 1994, BS in Mathematics, Université de Tunis
Research interests
- Modeling the immune response to infection
