Seems like searching the title field for 'complex' and the presence of multiple chains should be indicative of a complex. Both of those determinations can be done in a scripted program, hence making the solution reasonable.
The PDB can be downloaded at: http://www.wwpdb.org/downloads.html and is apparently close to 60 GB.
