- BC 12:30, 7 August 2006 (EDT):Hey guys, hope T9002 is working out for you. I just wanted to add one small comment about the OD of induction. It seems like the device can be successfully induced at nearly any OD but you should be careful to be consistent as the rate of GFP production at different ODs seems to be quite different, presumably due to the changing metabolic state of the cell.
