- Matthew D. Smith 14:56, 7 January 2008 (CST): I'll try to get a protocol from a methods paper onto this page within the week. How specific do we usually try to be with regards to equipment (especially gel casting equipment or electroelution apparatuses) that may be lab specific?
- Reshma 15:40, 7 January 2008 (CST): I think it doesn't hurt to includes examples of specifics (to help those who are new to biological research) but its not strictly necessary for common lab equipment like gel casting equipment.
