- Heather A Piwowar 08:43, 15 June 2010 (EDT): I just realized that I wrote a paper that may be helpful in determining some NOT phrases. I was trying to find papers that share their data. You are trying to eliminate papers that just share their data. Maybe the examples will be helpful :) Here it is... http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2655927 I think in juggling websites around I may have moved the regular expression statements (arg my data needs a more stable home, I know!). If you want them, let me know and I'll dig them out.
- Valerie Enriquez 16:20, 15 June 2010 (EDT): Thank you so much for this. It's been a little trying so far, what with the boolean search functions either not always available or not always effective (catching "deposited" but not "deposit" or vice versa even with wildcard characters added).
