Standard Relax Buffer (SRB)

• Add inhibitors at 1:100 ratio protease inhibitor 1:100 and phosphatase inhibitor.
  • For SRB WITH TRITON: Add triton to the entire amount (0.3%) or you can add 30uL of 10% triton to each glass culture tube and fill to 1mL.
