Today's NAC experiment, repeated panel with IL-3, DHR incubation step 20 minutes rather than 15, not enough blood, so tube 23 (NAC 0, IgE 0.1) has a little less than 200 uL, tube 24 (NAC 0, IgE 0.01) had no blood left, so took 200 uLs from rpmi 4 - half as many cells, same concentrations of NAC and IgE. For Abs cocktail I used staining buffer for the first time (always used RPMI in the past)...Tube 4 (RPMI) didn't receive much antibody at all, it's pretty much a useless tube.
