Made 1 L stock of M9 supplemented media to reduce media auto fluorescence and have a more standard media than LB. Protocol for Endy Lab M9/media – supplemented: [1]
Picked colonies from all constructs and empty TOP10 cells for control. Set cultures to grow in 17 mm test tubes overnight shaking in 37°.
