Conference Call (JG, JE, KP)
- Tutorial: multiple alignment, sequence processing, etc.
- Srijak will start with a simple metagenomic data set
- Then, JG's PKS and 16S data

- We have a "private page" on OpenWetWare
- CollectiveX: discussion groups, file sharing
- PLoS journal editors use it and like it
- Test case: JG will use PKS FASTA files to compare file sharing process between CollectiveX and OpenWetWare
- Conference call logistics

- Goal: have it set up on an ongoing basis
