1. Went through PhyloPipeline

2. Discussion: AMPHORA assumes that phylogenies will be the same if built for gene 1, gene 2, etc. This is because they are housekeeping genes, phylogenetic markers. Organismal approach: these are indicators of true phylogenetic relationships between organisms. But we are getting different measures of phylogenetic diversity for the different genes. What's going on? Other end of the spectrum is the thought that different genes are characterizing different aspects of biological systems.
