Mobile Phases

1.Always use fresh LC-MS grade solvents
Thermo Fisher Scientific recommends replacing your solvents at least once every two weeks. Since we use lightly the Orbitrap, we change mobile phases A & B once every month.

Mobile Phase A = Loading Pump Buffer:

	for 150mL	for 200mL
100% H20	150mL	200mL
0.1% FA	150 uL	200 uL

Mobile Phase B

	for 150mL	for 200mL
20% H20	30mL	40mL
80% ACN	120 uL	160 uL
0.08% FA	120uL	160uL

Wash solution

	for 500mL
10% Methanol	500mL
0.05% FA	250uL

Note. Label each the bottle with component
2. Sonicate for 45 minutes each
3. After changing the new NC pump to 0.100ul/min
