McClean: SeventyPercent EtOH

Materials

  • 100% Ethanol
  • Sterile Water

Protocol

  1. Add 700 ml of 100% EtOH to a 1L graduated cylinder
  2. Bring to a volume of 1L with sterile water
  3. Cover with parafilm and mix thoroughly by inversion

Store at room temperature.
